How does the TOXN subscription work?
TOXN is a monthly subscription tracking 100+ toxins and biomarkers. You receive an at-home hair kit every three months to track changes in 38 core toxins and minerals. Through weekly and monthly assessments, you will learn exactly what is hidden inside your food, cosmetics, and cleaning products, uncovering everything your body absorbs on a daily basis without you even realizing it.

Why do I need a hair test every 3 months?
The toxins and biomarkers we test in your hair provide a snapshot of the last 90 days. Testing your hair too often is unnecessary, while testing too infrequently makes it difficult to track changes in your body burden index.
Why is hair better than a urine test?
Urine only shows a snapshot of the past few hours or days. Furthermore, we cannot measure most toxins and biomarkers accurately in urine. For example, one of the most critical toxins to track is methylmercury from fish and seafood. Unfortunately, methylmercury is not detectable in urine. Only other types of mercury are.
Why is hair better than a blood test?
Tracking toxins through blood requires an invasive blood draw at a clinic. While modern devices can collect a few drops of blood from your finger or arm, they do not provide a large enough sample size to test for heavy metals like lead, cadmium, and mercury. Hair testing allows us to pinpoint these exact issues safely at home.
What if I am bald?
You can easily use hair from other parts of your body, including your beard, arms, or legs. The protocol is exactly the same, and the kit you receive at home will explain the required quantities and steps precisely.

Why did you start TOXN?
